Heat grill or non-stick skillet and cook both sides of sausage coins
Remove from heat & set aside to cool
When cooled, spread each coin with cream cheese
Dab a bit of pepper jelly onto cream cheese
Top with candied pecans and enjoy!
Candied Pecans
Melt 2Tbs butter in nonstick skillet
For a Cajun kick, add 2Tbs Richard's Cajun Seasoning
Add 6Tbs Brown Sugar and melt together
Add 1 cup chopped Pecans and stir until well coated
Spread out onto parchment paper to cool
