Sprinkle a thin layer of rock salt on a baking sheet to keep oysters in place
Prepare oysters and place on baking sheet
Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Stir in Cajun seasoning and infuse with butter
Add garlic and sautee for 2 minutes until soft. Remove from heat and set aside
In a small mixing bowl, add the breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, parsley & mix together
Slowly add in the Cajun butter mixture and combine
Place a heaping spoonful of the breadcrumb mixture on top of each oyster
Bake in a preheated oven at 450 degrees for 10-12 minutes until the top is golden
Remove from oven and serve with lemon wedges
